As a fine art cake designer, Sam strives to release an enticing & balanced Menu every year that undergoes extensive trial & error as a guarantee that her flavours will improve the quality & experience of every event thorough presentation and taste.

Her cakes are made from scratch using high quality ingredients, including locally sourced produce. All cakes are filled with her signature American buttercream, which she has found compliments her cakes perfectly, and include variations of Callebaut chocolate ganache, homemade Fruit Preserves, Crumbles & Nut Pralines.

Due to the increase in demand to cater for those with dietary requirements, Sam offers one flavour to suit all.
